We recognize that having an understanding of all aspects of the building industry is crucial to managing and delivering projects from conception to completion. We bring over twenty years of combined experience from the owner, architecture, engineering, and construction management perspective. This is why we take an integrated approach to project management and delivery, ensuring success at every stage of the process.
ERICA STAUFFER
Founder/President
Erica has been in the building design and delivery industry for nearly 15 years, with experience on the West Coast, East Coast, and internationally. Throughout her career, she has utilized the unique combination of her business acumen from her MBA as well as her design and technical knowledge as a registered architect to successfully manage and deliver a variety of different project typologies and scales. Prior to opening her own project management firm, she served as the Manager of Preconstruction and Strategic Projects at Hines for several major mixed-use masterplan developments in the Bay Area. Erica employs her combination of development, design, and project management skills to bring the best strategy to each project.
Erica holds a Masters of Architecture, MBA, and Bachelors of Architecture, from the University of Cincinnati, and is an active member of the AIA and ULI. In her free time, she loves hiking, skiing, and being in the mountains with her husband and dog.
